TxtSpace provides the delivery infrastructure, but you strictly retain full legal responsibility for your data and content. By using our service, you warrant that for every contact uploaded, you meet one of the following criteria:

  • A. Explicit Consent: The recipient has explicitly agreed (in writing or digital opt-in) to receive marketing texts.
  • B. The "Soft Opt-In" (Must meet all 4):
    1. You obtained details directly during a sale or negotiation.
    2. Messages relate strictly to similar products/services of your brand.

    4. You provide a simple opt-out (e.g., "STOP") in every message.

International Requirements: If sending to recipients outside the UK, you explicitly warrant that you are compliant with the destination country's regulations (e.g., TCPA in the US, GDPR in Europe). Compliance is location-specific and entirely your responsibility.
